Russian Losses at Liao Yang.

St. Petersburg, Sept. 22. —The official returns issued lip to date of the casualties among the Russian officers at the battle of Liao Yang show them to lie 4<!5 killed or wounded, including six generals and thirty-nine field officers. Eighty officers were killed. 372 were wounded and thirteen are missing.
