St. Louis Merchants’ Bridge Case.

Washington. Sept. 23. —For the second time Secretary Taft has changed the date ol’ the hearing in the case of the Merchants’ bridge of St. Louis. It is now definitely announced that the hearing will be held at the war department on Sept. 30. as was originally planned.
