Some of the Republican papers of this district are everlastingly roasting the Hon. A. K. Sills, of Monticello, who was recently put in district chairman to fill Tom McCoy’s place. They say his election will hurt Congressman Crumpacker many hundred votes and that he is not a fit man for the place. How are we —away up north —going to find out his pedigree?
