Indianapolis, March 11. Governor Durbin has been informed' by ihls attorney at New Orleans that the federal court of appeals in that city has sustained the action of the federal court at - Jacksonville, .Fla., in refusing to allow damages to a man named Barton, who, during the SpamlsbAmeriean war, operated an army canteen at Jacksonville.
