ANOTHER INVESTIGATION

House Will Again Pat tho Probe Into tho Postofllce for tho BeneSt of Member*. Washington, March 11.—The Republican leaders In the house have hastily arranged a plan for an Investigation of the connection of members of that body with the postoffiee department. This investigation, if the plan succeeds, is to be conducted by a special committee to be appointed ,by the speaker. It will have authority to Inquire Into the full details of every representation which has been made to the postoffice department by members of the house of representatives. Each member whose case is taken up by the committee will be given an opportunity to be heard. In this way It is believed that the injustice which members feel has been done them by the publication of the report from the department iiiay be remedied.
