The occasion was the election of officers, the present officers being re-elec-ted. Mr. Kelley, one of the leading lawyers of Valparaiso, was present forming plans to carry the work on west of the Reclamations company’s boundary. Mr. Kelley is an engineer, consequently he can intelligently look over the situation. John Brown, of Crown Point, one of the leading bankers and land owners of that section, was also investigating.
