Ashland Tied Up by Snow.

Ashland, Wfe., March 4.—The fall of snow is heavy, and has drifted so high that not a passenger train has been sent out of this city for twentyfour hours. This is the first time in the history of this city that all the railroads were forced to cancel their trains.
