ROYAL ARCH MASONS.

A chapter of the Royal Arcb Masons was organized here last Monday evening, by Messrs E. B. Sellers, W. H. Hamelle, M. T. Didlake, S. A. Carson, L. E. Wheeler, Frank Petry, T. E. Hanaway, J. W, Hamilton, F. P. Berkey, C. D. Meeker and J. P. Simous of Monticello. Owing to the short time for the work between trains only two candidates, Dr. H. L. Brown and Jesse E. Wilson, were taken th rough. The other candidates will be taken through at a future meeting when it is convenient for the Monticello Masons to come over. The Royal Arch Masons is simply one section higher in Masonry than than the Blue lodge, the section now in existence here, yet it is separate and distinct from the Blue lodge. Messrs. W. J. Imes and Bert Hopkins were instrumental in working up the new order. There are now, including applications not acted upon, 17 members, and it is expected this number will be increased to thirty before spring. “The Lord’s Best” flour, made by the Lord’s Milling Co., is the best first patent floor.
