A Policeman’s Testimony. J. N. BAD ACCIDENT AT THAYER. We were very sorry to bear of the accident which happened to our friend, ). R. Kigbt of Thayer, Tuesday. He was out on his farm near Thayer where be bad a stump puller in operation. He was following the team around tbe windlass when something broke loose and let the lever fly bach and it struck bim on tbe legs and broke them both square off, and in the fall his collar bone was broken.
