A Congressman's Little Joke.

Congressman Loudenelager cams upon a party of friends and said to them, with an appearance of some excitement, “Ever hear of the fellow who can stick out his tongtle and touch his ear?” All declared such a thing to be impossible. “Oh, no, it isn’t.
