DELPHI DIDN’T WANT IT.

Delphi Hearld: Delphi will have no carnival this year. The promoter, representing the Royal carnival company, who was in the city Thursday and Friday, failed to interest business men to a sufficient extent, and left town last night discouraged. There was no real good reason why the carnival should not have been held, as long as it did not cost orach, but no one seemed to want it.
