Shafor & Co.; action for restraining order Plaintiff alleges that he is the owner of a certain stock of general merchandise at Fair Oaks, and was conducting said business until the 18lh of Jnne, when defendant unlawfully and without right took possession of saidstook, dosed the store, and unless restrained will sell said stock, wherefore plaintiff asks for an injunction to prevent the defendants from interfering with his said business. The temporary restraining order was granted and the case will be heard to-day.
