Lewis Stock well has moved to Tracy city where he is proprietor of a new hotel. • Henry Williams iftthe owner of one of the finest farms in Hillsboro county. Henry is making plenty of money. A great many northern people are investing in real estate here this spring. They are mostly from Ohio and eastern Indiana. v Stockwell & Sons have blossomed into live re*l estate agents. They sold two thousand acres last week to some Indiana men who will establish a sheep ranch on the same. Coffee county is coming to the front as a manufacturing community. Mancbestet has a spoke factory, Taluhoma a carriage and wagon factory, a hub and spoke factory and a new faruitnre factory which have advertised for 300 workmen, besides numerous other smaller manufacturing concerns. New lime works have been established at Summitville. and the Big Bend Cooperage company (Capital stock *35,000) at Malinta (Forest Mills). The bead office of the Summitville Oil, Gas and Mining Co M is also located at Malinta. The company is chartered by the state with a capital stocf of *60,000, and its purpose is to develop the mineral resources of this and adjoining counties.
