DRUNK AND DISORDERLY.
Charles Thompson, one of the two score or more of drunks of Saturday bight, was arrested and lodged in jail, where he remained until Sunday afternoon, when he was released, his father going on his bond. The boy is not of age yet, bnt when arrested by the marshall be put up considerable resistance. Monday he was arraigned before Squire Irwin and on plea of guilty to the two charges, drunkenness and for assault and battery in striking and kicking the marshall, was fined $1 and costs on each count, $9.70 hll told, which was stayed.
