The township assessors met with the county assessor Monday nnd agreed upon the following basis of assessment for personal p roperty: Good notes drawing 8 per cent, interest at their face values. Good notes drawing 6 per cent, interest at a discount of 2 per cent. All stocks of goods and merchandise to be assessed at 8o per cent of the invoice value. All average horses with speed records, S2OO and upwards at the discretion M the assessor. * All pure bred or grade draft horses S3OO, higher or lower at the discretion of the assessor.
