The Best Way to Teach History. The idea of object teaching, the foundation of the Froebel system of instruction, has in recent years met with general acceptance and adoption in almost every branch of education, high and low, with resultant benefits which are beyond question. Even such -subjects as grammar and arithmetic are now taught in this way so far as practicable, and with marked advantage over the old dry and abstract methods.
