Much Electricity at Oshkosh.

Oshkosh. Wis., March 19.—This city was visited by a severe electrical rain storm last night. Havoc was wrought with the wires in the city. Many telephones were burned out, the tire alarm system was paralyzed to a large extent, and the street car system was laid up.
