DRUNK AND DISORDERLY.

Curtis Beoughter filled up on booze last Sunday and became somewhat obstreperous. He was arrested by the nightwatch, but landed a few right-handers on the phiz of the nightwatch and lit out. Some time later he was again arrested on the charge of assault and battery and was fined and costed $14.05, by Squire Troxell, Monday. Later in the day he was again arrested for public intoxication, and on a plea of guilty was fined and costed $12.15. Wm. Creviston was also boozing on Sunday and he was given a dose of $10.05. Creviston promised the Squire to call in the next day and “fix it up,” and he was released without bond. Up to yesterday he had not called and settled. Geo. Duggins was another plain drunk disposed of Tuesday. He was given $14.05, and a stay of the fine was granted, Wm. Burns of Barkley tp., 'for whom he was working, going on his bond.
