By order of Court, In aaid cause, the following defendants were found to be non-residents of the State of Indiana, towlt: The Junotion Railroad Company; Arthur J. Hawke, Mary H. Hawke. Adelbert J. Heithley. T. F, Bragg. Leta L. Moore, Jens Ramasen, Gertrude Bingham, Eliza P. Bingham, deceased: the name of the widow of Beniamin Vail, deceased; the names of the heirs, devisees and legatees of Thomas F. Bragg, deceased; of the heirs, devisees and legatees of Albert J. Heithley, deceased; of the heirs, devisees and legatees of Mrs. Benjamin Vail, deceased": of the heirs, devisees and legatees ‘of Jens Rasmasen, deceased; of the heirs, devisees and legatees of Mrs. Bragg, widow .oft.
