NOTICE.

All persons interested in the cemetery known as the Powell grave-yard, in Newton Township, are hereby requested to meet at the residence of James A. Powell in Newton Township, on Friday, October 24, 1902, at three o’clock p. m, for the purpose of organizing a cemetery association for said cemetery. James A. Powell, Lucius Strong, W. L.
