Jesssle Morrison to Get Out of Pen.

Topeka. Kan., Oct. 7.—The supreme court has formally approved the $lO,D(X) bond of Jessie Morrison, who Is Serving a fifteen-year sentence in the penitentiary for killing Clara Wiley Castle. Miss Morrison w ill now he rebased ponding the rehearing of her rase by the supreme coart.
