St Louis, Get o.—Robert McClure Snyder was convicted of bribery In the criminal court Saturday night and sentenced to five years Imprisonment In the state penitentiary, after the Jury had considered for-fifty nine minutes its verdict on the case, which had occupied an entire week In presentation. Two of his attorneys, Judge Henry S. Priest and Morton Jourdan, signed his appeal bond for $25,000, securing Ids release until the term of court commencing today. This Is the first conviction of the bribery cast's.
