The applicaut says that he is qualified as an applicant for said license for the said place. The said applicaut will also ask permission to sell cigars and tobacco in connection with said business. Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the village of Dunnville and of Kankakee township, in Jasper county, Indiana, that the undersigned. a male inhabitant of the state of Indiana, over the age of twenty-one years, of good moral character and not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and has been a continuous resident of raid township for over ninety days last past, and who is and will be the actual owner and proprietor of said business and will be such if license be granted, will make application to the Board of Commissioners of said Jasper County. Indiana, at the September, 1902, term, said term commencing on Monday, September 1,1902, for a retail hquorlicense empowering him to sell and barter spirituous, vinous malt and other intoxicating liquors in less quantities than a quart at a time with the privilege of allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the premises where the same are sold and bartered. The precise location of the premises wherein said applicant desires to conduct said retail liquor business is the only room in the lower story of a two story frame building situated on lot eleven (11) in block five (5). In the original plat of the town of Dunnville, in Kankakee township. Jasper county. Indiana, and the said room is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said lot in said town plat and thence running east twenty (20) feet, thence running north two (2) feet, to the place of ueginnlng. thence running due north thirty TlOlfeet. thence running due east twenty-four (24) feet, thence due south thirty 180) feet, thence due west twenty-four (24) feet, to tile place of beginning. The said room, fronts on said Main i street aid has two glass windows and one I glass door fronting on said street and is twenty-three (23) feet by twenty.nine (29) feet by inside measurements and has one’ glass door in north end of raid room and one glass window in the west side and one glass window in ths east side thereof. That said described bar room is separate and apart from any other business of any kind or character and lias no devices for amusements or music of any kind or character therein. That there is no partition or partitions therein anti thesaid bar room can be securely closed and locked' and admission thereto at all times prevented, and la so arauged with glass windows and glass doors so that the whole of said room may be viewed from the sidewalk and street in front of the same.
