Physicians Puzzled.

St. Aubert, Mo., Aug. 4.—Mr. E. R. Langendoefer of this place suffered very severely with a peculiar case of Kidney Trouble which completely baffled the skill of the local physicians and Instead of getting any better he was gradually growing worse.
