That the said described room is seperate from any other business of any kind and that no devices of amusement or music of any kind or character is in said room, and there is no partition or partitions in said room; that the said room can be securely closed and locked and admission thereto prevented: that said room is situated on the ground floor and fronts on Van Rensselaer street tn the City of Rensselaer. Indiana, and Is so arranged with glass windows and glass doors so that the whole of said room may be viewed from said street.
