JAMES W. COWDEN DIES.
V James W. Cowden, who moved upon a small farm near Logansport last winter, died last Saturday after a brief illness from Bright’s disease. The remaius were brought here for interment MondayY The funeral was held 1 Tuesday at 11 a. m., from the M. E. church, and the burial made in Weston' cemetery, the Odd Fellows having charge of the burial services. Deceased was aged 50 I years, 9 months and 20 days. He leaves a wife and two daughters, Mrs. Effie Burk and Miss Dessa Cowden. Read The Democrat for news
