Gates, the steel magnate, who lias beaded the New’ York bull clique, is said to he the cause of the cereal's recent skyward tendencies. According to Chicago reports’the impression prevails in market circles that Gates and his crowd practically control -the July option and are able to raise or lower the price at will.
