OBITUARY.

Mnry Ann Jones, nee Krtsher, was born in Hamilton Co . Ohio, Nov. 6. 1819; died Nov. 18, 1901, aged 82 years and 12 days She was a daughter of Adam and Elizabeth Krasher and n twin sister to Eliza Sunderland of Templeton, Ind. She was married to Jacob .Tones April 14. 1842. To this union 8 children were born — 5 sons and 3 daughters—of whom 4 sons and 2 daughters are still living, to mourn the loss of a kind and loving mother. Her husband died Oct. ,5, 1885, since which time she Jias made her home with her daug/iter Mrs. Geo. M. Herriman. Spe has been a consistent lifelong)christian and a member of the Methodist church. She has been a great sufferer for many years; for the past seven years she has been confined to her bed. During all her suffering she has exhibited rare patience and bore all the agonies of her long illness with Christian fortitude. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Cooper at the residence of Geo M. Herriman in Washington tp., Newton county, at 9:30a. m , Nov. 20th. Interment in the Welsh cemetery. %*
