C., Oct. 17. —Dawson advices state that the Dominion govvemment road* from Dawson City up Hunker and Dominion creeks were completed and open for freight traffic on the first day of the present month. Engineer Tache, In charge of the gov» ernment works in the Yukon, is blasting the rocks In the famous Five Fingers rapids, which have always been a menace to navigation.
