Archel Beaupre to Delphine Herbert. —o — New suits filed: Petition <exparte)of Rensselaer Building. Loan and Savings Association to transfer certain stock to E.L. Hollingsworth that has heretofore been in name of Dowler et al. J. H. Chapman, atty. Commissioners Dowell and Wnymire met in special session on call of the auditor, Sept. 21. says Com. Record No. 12, and approved the requisition of the poor farm superintendent for supplies for the quarter ending Dec. 31. 1901, and bids for furnishing same will be received up to Oct. 8. John Grant Randle of Barkley was also granted permission to enter school for feeble-minded, the motber, Evaline Randle, being found able to pay $12.50 per month for suppert of said pupil therein.
