Commissioners’ Court.

Following is a contimiation of the commissioners proceedings, September term, published last week: The auditor was directed to give notice of bridge letting on Tuesday, Oct. 8. Roy E. Adams appointed engineer. Bridges in Milroy, Newton and Jordan townships. The county officers reported the following fees collected: J. F. Major, ex-sheriff’s fees, $29.85; W. C. Babcock, $118.85; R. B. Porter, $48095; J. F. Major, $247 88; A. G. Hardy, $120.36. In matter of appointment of Emory S. Mills to scholarship to Purdue; cause continued. Allottment of Madison Makeever, Daniel S. Makeever and John Martindale was ordered changed from open to tile ditch, as per stipulation. Notice for receiving bids for coal for county was ordered published. Samuel L. Luce was appointed trustee of Keener tp., to succeed J. W. Sigler, resigned. A.
