Suit has been begun at Tustin against the Texas Brewing Company of Fort Worth, for penalties aggregating $89,500 for alleged violations of the anti-trust law. The Wells-Fargo Express Company will in a few days pay SI,OOO reward to Sheriff Brlent of Sutter County, Texas, for killing Will Carver, of the notorious Black Jack gaag.
