Without doubt the oldest visitor to the Buffalo Exposition will be Mrs. James Mills, who lives on a farm near the vil-

lage of Woodham, Perth County, Ont., end who ha* recently celebrated her 113th b i r t h 4a y. Mr*. Mill* was born in Ireland and 1* th* mother of nine children, th* youngest of whom, ■ sprightly youth of 76 years, hns just

settled down permanently near hie mother after half a century spent in Bailing over almoar all known waters. Mra. Milla was born in the reign of King George 111., and has been a subjeeb of fire British sovereigns, George 111., George IV., William IV., Victoria, and Edward VII. She has also lived in three centuries. The oldest bachelor in the world, Noah Raby, has reached the remarkable ago of 129 years. He is an Inmate of the almshouse at New Brunswick, N. J., where he has lived for thigty-flvo years. Raby says he was born in*Gates Court House, N. 0., April 1, 1772. Possibly his longevity is accounted for by the Indian blood which ho Inherited from Kis fullblooded redskin father, Andrew Rasa, Noah bore the Dame of his mother, Morning Raby.
