The ladies of Osaka, in Japan, are Is a state of the utmost terror lest they should lose their beautiful hair through a disease which results In baldness. It is not unsual for a fair one to have her hair dressed one day in a most elaborate manner, and a few days later to find every hair come out In the comb This remarkable epidemic prevailed in the Chiba prefecture last spring, and now it Is devastating human beads In Osaka.
