Dr. Alary Jackson Acquitted.

The trial of Dr. Mary Jackson for alleged abortion some months ago on the person of Miss Mary Nagel of this city, closed in the Lake superior court at Hammond last Saturday, and after a few minutes the jury returned a verdict o's not guilty. Thus ends the sensationel case which caused such a flutter of excitment here a few months ago. Earl Mann, the “villian” in tho case, is still at large, and it is rnmered that he has enlisted in the U. S Navy.
