How Binns Lost His Good Money on a Foolish Bet “It is impossible to exactly imitate the voice of an animal,” said Binns, learnedly. “Some people reckon that they are very clever in imitations of that kind, but anyone who knows can see that they are all out.” “Who told you that you were a judge?” asked Sims.
