The Circuit Court.

State vs Hoops; dismissed. Merica vs Nichols; verdict for defendant. New trial granted. Gaar-Scott & Co., vs Boaz and Boaz; judgment for $2,131.35 for plaintiff. O. C. Robinson vs Cora A. Kessinger; judgment for plaintiff for $59.57. Schofield vs Schofield et al, costs of action taxed to defendant, John Schofield, and he is ordered to pay $25 into court for use of plaintiff, and $25 on the first day of June, September, December, and* March of each year until further order. If the children shall live with plaintiff, defendant John Schofield, shall pay $45 quarterly instead of the sum heretofore provided. Morris vs Board of commissioners of Jasper county et al, the old Koener tp., gravel road injunction case; dismissed on motion of plaintiff. Moore vs Dossier and Lamborn; verdict for defendant. Judge Lairy of Logansport, was* here Wednesday and rendered his decision in the long contested case of Bedford vs Warner et al. The court found that the plaintiff had no interests in the real estate in controversy and that the defendants should recover from the plaintiff their costs in this action. Title quieted in defendants to contested real estate. Plaintiff prays an appeal to the supreme court, which is granted on filing of bond.
