The Common Council.
The common council met in | special session Monday night j with eouneilmeu all present. Ordinances were adopted proI viding for the issuance of bonds i on the Cullen and Forest improvement, to anticipate the collection of assessments upon which the property owners had filed waivers. The amount of bonds on the first block was $715.37 and upon the remainder of the improvement $3,585.36, payable in ten annual installments with 5 per cent interest, payable semi-annually.
