Following is the complete proceedings of the November term of commissioners’ court of Jasper county, as shown by the Board’s docket: Advertisement was ordered for one new bridge in Carpenter tp , and 3 petitions were continued. Two bridge petitions were also continued in Cilia in; 1 in Marion, 2 in Walker; 2 in Jordan and one iu Newton. Advertisement ordered for one new bridge in Jordun. The old claim of $375 of the Art Metal Construction Co., for vault furniture for the recorder’s office, was again continued. —- Claim of theßurt-Terry Stationery Co., stationery for the county, $118.50, was again continued. Final report made in M. P. Comer et al ditch, S'. P. Thompson et al ditch and L. B. Josserand et al ditch. Report made and approved of Barkley tp , railroad election. J. E. Alter et al, bill of $44, acc’t meridian line, continued. S. Curtis Johnson, expense poor Barkley tp., $54.25; continued. In matter of report on meridian line; continued. Thomas Akers, expense smallpox Barkley tp., $36.20; continued. E. C. English, same, s22o;continued. Bert-Terry Stationary Co , supplies for county offices, $454.75; continued. Frank Zickmund et al, petition for highway; road ordered established ns per viewers report. Mary C. Baker petition for ditch; ordered established and auditor directed to advertise same. The (His Keener tp., gravel road petition was again continued. A liquor license was granted R >ason M. Dunn of DeMotte. License asked by Granville Hawkins at Gifford. Remonstrance filed sufficient to knock out applicant, and cause dismissed, therefore Gifford will be a dry town for a time yet. Bernard Maloy, petition to have tax duplicate credited with taxes j erroneously assessed; prayer I granted. Bills of Burt-Terry Stationery ! Co., for $94, *35 and $6.50, respectively, for stationery for county ; officers, were also continued. H. ft. Kannal, acct. quarantine, $3; allowed at $3. to be paid when appropriation is made, In matter of sealed bids for ■ groceries, etc., for poor farm, for iqumter ending Dec. 31, 1900, contract awarded to John Eger at j $97.94. In matter of fireman for heating plant for court house, Sylvester B. i Jenkins was employed at S3O per 1 month. The following bills were allowed.
