A foxhound, as eTory sportsman knows, if-caught In a trap or suffering pain from an Injury, is most dangerous to appronch, even if you assist him out of a difficulty-—say, from a pit or hole where, bnt for .von, lie would probably be drowned—lie will show his gratitude by biting you.
