Prince Ching is the father of Emperor Kwang Su, and is a leader of tne gressive Chinese. Hsu Tung is Viceroy of Foo-Chow province, and Yung Lu is the general who was said to be in command of troops that besieged the legations. Both of the latter are anti-foreign.
