Benbow Is quite sick at this writing. Our 4th of July celebration was a success if we did have strong opposition. Mrs. Rose Davis and children of Rose Lawn, are visiting nt T. F. Brusuahan's, Mina Nannie Hamaoher was the gnsst of her cousin. Mrs. M. O. Gant, Thursday, Jacob TroxaU of Rensoeiaer, viaitad his filklir Mot. Baabow, Wednesday.
James Randle and Levi Renicker of Renaaelaer. were buslneaa visitors here Tuesday. Mrs. Moffitt went Sunday to Frank Babcock's in Carpenter tp.. for au extended visit, Preston Garriott returned to work at Chicago Heights Sunday, after several days stay in Parr. Mrs. David Alter and daughter Lillian, visited the former’s sister, Mrs. Lillian Beubow, Thursday; Miss Hattie Adair of Chicago Heightr, ia - visiting relatives near Rosebud aud in Bark- - ley township, Martin Reed and family are visiting the former’s parents and brothers west of town-. Martin used to be one of us. Rev. D. A. Tucker, formerly pastor herebut uow of Ridgeville, paid us a flying visit Sunday aud preached to the people immediately after Sunday school. Jonn Porter's visited at Wm. Myers itr Burkley tp. Sunday. Grandma Cox, who has been visiting M rs. Porter for some time, returned to Mr. Meyer's with them.
