Narrow Streets.

The seaport town of Great Yarmouth, on the eastern coast of England, con-' tains a street that Is, perhaps, the narrowest built-up street In the world. It is known as “Kitty Witches Row," and measurement give® its greatest width as flfty-slx inches. Its entrance is considerably narrower and would seriously inconvenience a atout person trying to pass through It. Twenty-nine inches from wall to wall Is all the room that can be spared In this part. Yarmouth is a quaint old town, containing many streets like Kitty Witches Row. They are all called rows, and are more convenient to look at than for traffic. A hundred and for£y-flve of these narrow passages, making a length of over seven miles In all, are to be found within the town.
