I Eugene Dilly, who for some time past it is said has shdwn signs of mental derangement, was brought home and lodged in jail for safe keeping until his condition could be officially determined. He went up in the oil region to secure work a few weeks ago and his family had since received no wprd from him. He was examined Thursday, adjudged insane and application has been made for his removal to Longcliff. His many friends hope the treatment there will soon restore him to a normal condition.
