A Swiss authority insists that 200 Russians will spend more in a month than 1,000 Englishmen and women for the same period of time. Last year the American people ate 2,000,000 tons of sugar. Of this the American Sugar Refining Company, otherwise known as the trust, made 1,385,000 tons.
