The Peculiar Will of an Indiana Man Causes Trouble in the Family. What was once the handsomest and finest residence in Dublin is now but a hu xui dAserted wreck. Twenty years ago or more Benjamin Kelly, a wealthy Eastern capitalist, came to Dublin and took up his residence in the north side of town, where he made his home with his second wife, who soon died. He married a third wife, who, with his only daughter by his first wife, is now the beneficiary of the provisions of his will. The house is evenly separated by a long hall. To his daughter, who now resides in California, he bequeathed the north side of the house and the south side of the lot, and to his third wife the south side of the house and the north side of the lot.
