FOR ORGANIZING PRECINCTS THROUHOUT THE COUNTY AND ORGANIZING COUNTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE. Democrats of Jasper County: You are hereby requested to meet in your respective voting places in each precinct in the county on Saturday, February 17,1900, at 1:30 p. m,, for the transaction of the following business: Ist. Select three committeemen from each Precinct and to select Chairman and Secretary of such precinct committee. The Chairman of each precinct constitutes the County Central Committee. The secretary will report the result of the precinct organization to C. D. Nowels, Secretary County Organization, at once. The chairman of each precinct, so selected will meet in the east court room, in the Court House, in Rensselaer. Ind., on Saturday, Feb. 21, 19.0, at 1:30 o’clock p. tn., to select a County Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. 2d. To select delegates to the County Conventon for the nomination of County Officers, and to fix a time for holding tho same. Each precinct is entitled to the following number of delegates:
