Jasper Public Library Report.

To The Hon. Boabd On Directors : As Librarian, the undersigned submits Tor your consideration and action the following report of her from the 20th day at May. 1899, up to and including this date, towit: Total number of books in library as shown by Accession Register-, 1,301 Total number of books taken by patrons during the year beginning May 20th 1899. 1A» Total number of book cards issued in the year 1899 ..., IK Total number issuer! to this date.... „ 1® The above number includes both guarant* and book cards. In Circulating Department all books are is except 69 which are now out on cards, an* all in good condition, except 2 books 1* Class “J.” In Reference Department all hooks are in library, and all in good condition. The following magazines are missing: "Outing.” October; "American Monthly Review of Reviews,” June; “Harpers Weekly,** 1 number;"BreedersGazette".July, No. 921 and November, No. 939:“ Rural New Yorker,'* June. No. 2575; "The Independent/ June 14th. A number of copies of both "Puck’* and" Judge” missing, and the balance are in a worn condition. The other magazines that'are in are in good condition.
