CALL FOR DISTRICT MEETING.

The Democrats of the 10th Congressional District will meet in delegate convention in Monon, in said district, on Tuesday, January’ 9th, 1900, at one o’clock p. m. of said day, for the purpose of selecting a member of the State Central Committee for the ensuing two years. The basis of representation fixed by the State Central Committee will be one delegate for each 200, or fraction over 100 of the vote cast for Hon. Samuel M. Ralston for Secretary of State in 1898.
