Sayers of Texas has signed the anti-trust hill passed by the present session of the Drgislasare. The law dors not become operative antil Jam 21, 1901. This law has been carefully framed and Got. Sayers will fikely ask the proposed antitrost convention to adopt this hill and have it enacted into a law by all the Soothem States.
